A 17-year-old girl has been awarded compensation worth around £23million following a car crash in 2009 that killed her mother and left Agnes Collier and her brother Rufus seriously injured, reports the Independent. The accident happened when a motorist pulled out of a side road, causing the car driven by 48-year-old Karen Hood to be hit by a lorry.
