Pages On: Animal Attacks
Animals are one of nature’s greatest gifts, but their nature can be somewhat hazardous to humans. A poorly trained or abused dog is likely to have detrimental behaviour towards people, and can bite and seriously injure them. If an animal attacks you, and there is sufficient evidence for conviction, then the owner is liable, and you will be entitled to personal injury compensation.
