Pages On: Food Poisoning
We often take for granted that restaurants provide food that is safe for us to eat. However, with only slightly dipping food hygiene standards can a case of food poisoning occur. Food poising is almost entirely preventable, and so if a restaurant or take away has failed in this duty of care to you, they may be liable. Whilst it is difficult to prove liability for food poising, if the provider has seriously damaged your digestive organs, you may stand a real chance of claiming compensation.
